Costopoulos Foundation, is traveling its program once again outside of Athens, and specifically to the Kalamata region. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1546 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/black-light.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/\u039c\u03b5-\u03c4\u03b7\u03bd-\u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03c3\u03c4\u03ae\u03c1\u03b9\u03be\u03b7-1-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"341\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 341px) 100vw, 341px\" data-srcset=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0This pioneering program has as its main purpose the familiarization of children with blindness, the cultivation of an inclusive mentality and by extension the fight against the phenomena of school exclusion of children with disabilities. It is a multi-sensory experiential workshop for children of all school levels, where students, among other things, put themselves in the shoes of a blind person by wearing shadow masks with which they are invited to move, communicate, play and learn. With this role reversal, children develop their empathy, cultivate their participation and creativity and develop the concept of solidarity and their critical thinking.
