Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, including reporting, monitoring work, and collaborating with all stakeholders. He/She will also participate in the production of communication materials and the organization of training for Black Light.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination and monitoring of project activities.
  • Collaboration with management on project progress.
  • Collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve project and training objectives.
  • Participation in the production of communication material for the company's publicity needs.
  • Organization and participation in educational activities and Audits implemented by Black Light.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, Communication, Project Management).
  • One year of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different groups and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in the use of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Canva
