«For several years now, at Barilla, we have focused on diversity management as a core pillar of our global corporate strategy.

Within this framework, we created in Greece the voluntary group “armonia,” an Employee Resource Group (ERG) where Barilla employees driven by curiosity, passion, integrity, and courage contribute voluntarily to improving daily life and, more broadly, society itself.
This commitment led us to discover BlackLight and its work, which innovates through programs that transform the retail sector as we knew it. Together, we have designed and implemented a comprehensive experiential seminar, focused on organized retail, which highlights and addresses all the challenges faced by our fellow citizens—customers with disabilities—in their daily lives. This unique collaboration, guided by the principle of providing the best service without discrimination, essentially “bridges” human relationships.»
