Experiential training for store staff
Since 2017, Black Light has been the first in Greece to implement educational seminars with experiential methods that aim to train retail employees on the best techniques for approaching, accompanying and serving customers with blindness.
The seminars are conducted by visually impaired people, who introduce service representatives to the secrets of an excellent customer experience.
Subject sections
- Approach upon entering the store and assistance when selecting products.
- Appropriate product presentation (properties, special features, benefits) accompanied by a virtual purchase with the trainees in alternating roles of salesperson and blind customer.
- Correct payment processing at the checkout and completion of service.
